Shipping & Returns

  • Orders placed on weekdays before 12 p.m. GMT will generally begin processing within 5-7 business days. Orders placed after 12 p.m. GMT will begin the processing period of the next business day.

    Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day (Monday-Friday). We do not currently offer Saturday delivery, please email us and we will try to accommodate when possible. Holidays and peak sales times may alter your shipment time frame.

    Please note, we do not provide delivery to freight forwarding companies. Unfortunately, our carriers are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes at this time.

  • We will gladly accept returns on items (except items marked "Final Sale”) for a full refund within 14 days from time of delivery.

    The safe return & postage cost are the responsibility of the consumer & items must be unworn, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.Items that show visible wear will be rejected and returned to the sender. Visible wear can include dirt, dust, fraying, and matting to the new leather skins.

    We ask that you take extra care when trying on our bags, and try them on whilst wearing soft, clean fabrics (a t-shirt etc) and avoid wearing outdoors until you’ve decided that they are right for you.

  • For international returns, Please send your pre-paid and insured package with your carrier of choice to the address below.

    Please email your tracking number to us at Hello@grandisonlondon.com so we can keep track of your return, making it faster, smoother and also start the return process.
